Jaume Gaia was born in Manacor, a lovely town in the island of Mallorca in September 1982.

At the age of 18 he left Mallorca and started a journey to experience life, a journey that brought him to Ireland, Austria and the United Kingdom.

Living abroad allowed Jaume to find a wide range of likeminded people from all over the world.  London opened his eyes to a new world, to a new set of experiences and point of views.

Among his many hobbies we find photography, writing, acting, films, languages and travelling. He enjoys a good book and getting up early as well as a good conversation and hanging out with his dear friends. As often as he can he jumps on a plane to visit some other place in the world.

Jaume has recently moved back to Mallorca where he is continuing his art photography combining it with modeling photography and commissions.

His photography has been described as simple, beautiful and inspiring.

   Because of his father´s love for photography, cameras and technology Jaume always has had at his disposal a camera to use. When he was 21 his father bought a nice digital camera which Jaume often borrowed to play with. His father discovered then that Jaume had natural instincts for photography. But It was not until the second year he was living in London that his parents would decide to buy him a camera as a birthday present while on a visit. With a new camera and inspired by those little things that spice life, he started taking photographs and seeing life from a different point of view.
